 HOMESCHOOL ART EDUCATION
 Classes combine a look at art history/appreciation and hands on experience. Students examine famous art and artists from different eras, learn about the artists and the influences of the time period in which they lived, and explore related art theories.

Ceramics/Pottery
 Students will learn a variety of hand building techniques and an introduction to throwing on the wheel. Projects are both functional and sculptural with an element of fun!
Children’s Class (ages 6-9) Time: Monday 9:30 – 11:00am
Youth Class (ages 10-14) Time: Wednesday 9:30-11:00am

 Painting
 Students will work with various types of paint, learn the types of brushes and surfaces for each, practice blending, and experience creating various textures.
Children’s Class (ages 6-9) Time: Wednesday 9:30-11:00am
Youth Class (ages 10-14) Time: Monday 9:30-11:00am

Printmaking
 This is an introduction to beginning printmaking. We will focus on background history and techniques for printmaking.
Children’s Class (ages 6-9) Time: Monday 11:00-12:30
Youth Class (ages 10-14) Time: Wednesday 11:00-12:30

 Parents-
 Ask about Family discounts and scholarships. Make-ups can be arranged if we know in advance.
Classes are for ages 6-9 and 10-14.
Registration will end one week before classes start.
Payment due with registration.
