Spent the day with a guy from the Waxlander Gallery who gave me about 12 hours of advice on how to get into a big name gallery. Now If i can just remember it all and put it into practice. One thing he said is do some really big oils, so that is going to take some time.

Pastels right now but leaning towards doing some oil in the near future. I love all the impressionisis. Studying the pastel works of Richard McKinley , Susan Ogilvey, Terry Ford, Lorenzo Chavez.

National Art Gallery/Washington, The Louvre/Paris

My inspirations

Nature and her ever changing moments. Inever realized the spectrum of colors in the sky or a tree, or the skin of a tomato. I'm always looking at color, values, movement.

62 years old. Started lessons four years ago with Maria C. Lopez. I had never painted with pastels until four years ago. I was self taught until I began lessons a few years back. I'm eager to explore and push my boundries.
