Event Description

The Del Rio Council for the Arts in Del Rio, Texas, has a public art initiative going on that might interest some of you. Remember the cows that were decorated and placed around several cities (I know of Houston and Kansas City) a few years ago? Well, Del Rio is trying to do the same thing with rams. If a design is chosen and the artist completes the life-sized fiber glass ram, there is a $500.00 honorarium (For each design chosen and ram completed).
